My Account/Shipping Selection
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping and how do I select it?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We offer both USPS shipping and UPS shipping options. USPS for small orders under 1lb will certainly be the cheapest method typically $5.50. USPS options are all tracked. UPS options typically come into play for larger heavier orders over 1lb with minimum shipping charges for UPS averaging around $12.00. Please choose the shipping option that works best for your delivery area, time frame and budget. Selecting shipping directions is listed above the shipping options box. Read the directions on how to select your shipping option. Prices may be adjusted up or down if the system calculates incorrectly.
PLEASE NOTE:
There are NO expedited shipping options that pertain to in house handling times. Selecting Priority shipping, does not mean your package will arrive in 1, 2 or 3 days. It means your shipping time may be as low as the suggested number of days. Priority mail is NOT guaranteed by the USPS or by AirgunDesigns.com. In house handling times can be as much as a week or more. We try and ship packages on a regular basis but we do not guarantee to ship everyday. Generally we are keeping up with getting out packages at least within a week and typically much faster than that but, there are many extenuating circumstances including staffing, hours of operation, sickness, parts and assembly availabilities that may impact handling times.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
