Package liability - Insurance and Loss
 

All shipments from Airgundesigns.com are considered FOB origin. What happens if your package is lost by the shipper? AGD will assist in locating lost packages. However, packages must be undelivered for the shippers recommended amount of time before a claim can be filed. For USPS Priority mail that is 14 days before any claim can be filed. For USPS, insurance above $50 has to have been purchased for a claim to be filed for an amount above that. With UPS you can file within 24 hours of a guaranteed delivery date or within a week normally. USPS claims only cover $100 unless additional value has been declared and paid for. If a shipment is mailed First Class Tracked there is no claims process, it's simply considered lost mail. All shipping rates from AGD do NOT include insurance above the normal coverage unless stated in the product. Additional insurance can be requested by the buyer. Once packages are scanned and received by the shipper, those carriers and legally the buyer are now responsible. Proper insurance is the only guaranteed way to recover from a lost package. If you require insurance, please request before ordering or request in the notes of the order before shipping. We will contact you for insurance cost and payment before we ship. Some products like a base or full gun purchase will require insurance in the product sale. We may request that a customer pay for insurance before shipping an order. Please note: replacement of a lost order by a shipper is not an automatic liability or responsibility of AirgunDesigns.com to do. We will work with customers and shipper to find lost packages, but AirgunDesigns.com is not finanically responsible to replace a lost order by a shipper.

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Once orders are processed an automatic email will be issued by the system for your order shipment. Another email will be generated by the shipping source and sent to you with the tracking information. Some of these emails end up in SPAM. Please check SPAM if you are not seeing order notification and shipping emails. If you never receive order notifications please check your entered email first. Incorrectly entered emails will result in zero notifications for obvious reasons. Send me an email directly and [email protected] for any other issues.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Send me an email directly at [email protected] if you need more assistance.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.  We use Stamps.com for shipping.  Emails are sent directly from Stamps.com when labels are created.  If you have not gotten a Stamps.com notification of your shipment either your shipment is not yet processed or labeled or you may be getting email blocked by SPAM filters.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Use the Stamps.com shipping notification to directly track your package.  Some packages may take quite a bit of time to reach destinations. As long as your package is being scanned it is still moving in the system.  AirgunDesigns.com is not USPS or UPS, we are a customer no different than our customers.  We do not see anymore information that our customers do for tracking. If a package has not arrived within a week of it's original projected delivery date then we can help initiate a search, but there is no magic person, phone number or group within the USPS or UPS that will immediately find and inform us of a packages status.  Most of the time is simply a waiting game. Packages must be undelivered for at least 20 days before any claim can be filed if a claim is available.  All shipping rates from AGD do NOT include insurance unless stated in the product. Lost packages are not the responsibility of AirgunDesigns.com.  AirgunDesgns.com will not simply replace a lost shipment based on non-delivery.  Once packages are scanned and received by by the shipper, UPS or USPS. Those carriers are now responsible.  Your package can be lost by a shipper and you could lose the money you paid for your product as a result of this loss.  Insurance is the only guaranteed way to recover the loss fully.  If you require insurance, please request before ordering or request in the notes of the order before shipping.  We will contact you for insurance cost and payment before we ship.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Your order arrives and seems to be missing items. First check your order to make sure you actually ordered the items you believe are missing. If the items are on your order and a qty is listed as being shipped, but that item is not in the shipment, then make an immediate note and reply back to us from your order notification email that was sent out to you. Using this will automatically give us the order number and details. You can also send an email directly to [email protected]. Please let us know what was missing and any order details.

My product is missing parts.
  Your order arrives and seems to be missing parts from an ordered item. First check your order to make sure you actually ordered the items and the parts you believe are missing.  If the item is in your order but you feel it is missing parts or components, then make an immediate note and reply back to us from your order notification email that was sent out to you.  Using this will automatically give us the order number and details.  You can also send an email directly to [email protected].  Please let us know what was missing and any order details.
When will my backorder arrive?
  AGD does not do backorders.
